Alcohol Violations

Amanda Dessell, 27, of Homer City, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after Indiana Borough Police observed her in the 1500 block of Church Street at 10:27 p.m. Nov. 1, according to police.

Lontrell Roebuck, 20, of Johnstown, was cited for underage drinking and public drunkenness after Indiana University of Pennsylvania Police found him outside of Elkin Hall at 1:28 a.m. Nov. 1, according to police.

Serina Dalton, 44, of Clymer, was charged with DUI, resisting arrest and child endangerment after borough police stopped her in her vehicle in the 300 block of Philadelphia Street at 9:44 p.m. Oct. 2, according to police.

Silas Garcia, 28, of Indiana, was cited for public drunkenness after borough police found him laying the roadway in the 00 block of North Sixth Street at 1:42 a.m. Oct. 31, according to police.

Diamond Blenman, 19, of Philadelphia, was cited for underage drinking and public drunkenness after borough police observed him in Sheetz, 768 Wayne Ave., at 11:47 p.m. Oct. 31, according to police.

Shawanda Thomas, 23, of Pittsburgh, was cited for public drunkenness after university police found her passed out in University Towers at 4:36 a.m. Oct. 29, according to police.

Sierra Goshea, 18, of Penn Hills, was cited for underage drinking and public drunkenness after university police observed in the 1000 block of Maple Street at 12:26 a.m. Nov. 1, according to police.

Adam Brown, 19, of Philadelphia, and Connor Davis, 19, of Collegeville, were both cited for underage drinking and public drunkenness after university police conducted an investigation outside of Wallwork Hall at 3:58 a.m. Oct. 30, according to police.

Criminal Mischief

An unidentified person reportedly threw a rock through the second-floor window of an apartment in the 100 block of South Fifth Street sometime between 11:30 p.m. Oct. 31 and 2 a.m. Nov. 1, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police at 724-349-2121.

Public Urination

David Thinnes, 24, of Shelocta, was cited for public urination after borough police observed him in the 500 block of Philadelphia Street at 2:32 a.m. Oct. 31, according to police.

Driving Incidents

A red- or burgundy-colored vehicle reportedly struck and damaged a house in the 00 block of South Second Street sometime on Nov. 3, according to police. The vehicle may have damage on the passenger side, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police.

A light-colored vehicle reportedly struck a student’s vehicle parked in row 12 of the Robertshaw parking lot sometime between 1 p.m. Oct. 25 and 11 a.m. Nov. 2. Anyone with information is asked to call university police at 724-357-2141.

Alcohol Violations

Anthony Narducci, 23, of West Mifflin, was cited for public drunkenness after Indiana University of Pennsylvania Police observed him being carried by an unidentified male at the intersection of West Avenue and School Street at 1:44 a.m. Nov. 2, according to police.

Michelle Nannarone, 18, of Farmingdale, N.J., was cited with underage drinking and public drunkenness after university police observed her outside of Keith Hall at 12:12 a.m. Nov. 1, according to police.

Mikayla Bower, 18, of Cogan Station, and Melanie Martie, 19, of Herndon, Va., were both cited with underage drinking and public drunkenness after university police observed outside of Wallwork Hall at 12:40 a.m. Oct. 31, according to police.

Disorderly Conduct

An unidentified person has reportedly been urinating on the floor of the second- and third-floor unisex restroom of Putt Hall, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact university police at 724-357-2141.

Scott Reilly, 24, of Connellsville, was cited for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after he refused to leave Sheetz, 768 Wayne Ave., and made an obscene gesture toward an employee at 1:45 a.m. Oct. 23, according to borough police.

Criminal Mischief

An unidentified person reportedly broke the rear window of a student’s 2003 burgundy Lexus parked in the Foster Dining Hall parking lot sometime between 9 p.m. Nov. 7 and 11:26 a.m. Nov. 8, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call university police.

Theft

A laptop was reportedly stolen from a Keith Hall classroom after class at approximately 3:20 p.m. Nov. 5, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call university police.

Alcohol Violations

Garrett Ewing, 20, of Linwood, N.J., was cited for underage drinking, public drunkenness and carrying false identification after Indiana Borough Police responded to a report of an intoxicated male in the 400 block of Grant Street at 11:56 p.m. Nov. 5, according to police.

Scott Mclean, 19, of Newtown, Conn., was cited for underage drinking, public drunkenness and retail theft after police responded to Sheetz, 768 Wayne Ave., at 12:02 a.m. Nov. 8, according to police.

Drug Violations

Christopher Cooper, 22, of Philadelphia, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying false identification and was found to be wanted out of Philadelphia after Indiana University of Pennsylvania Police conducted an investigation in Suites on Maple East at 9:36 p.m. Oct. 30, according to police.

University police observed Zachary Groh, 18, and Bradley Mauser, 19, both of Pittsburgh, outside of Suites on Pratt at 5:51 a.m. Oct. 31 and conducted an investigation, according to police. Groh was charged possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage drinking and public drunkness, and Mauser was charged with possession of a controlled substance, underage drinking and pubic drunkenness, police said.

Matthew Pennington, 27, of Penn Run, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after borough police found him to have non-prescribed Suboxone in the 400 block of Philadelphia Street at 9:28 p.m. Oct. 25, according to police.

Suzanne Cessna, 24, of Indiana, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after borough police found her to have non-prescribed pills in the 00 block of North Sixth Street at 9:24 p.m. Oct. 21, according to police.

Matthew Derouin, 19, of Valencia, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, underage drinking and three traffic offenses after a being pulled over by borough police in the 500 block of Gompers Avenue at 12:50 a.m. Nov. 8, according to police.

Quallan Barkley, 29, of Indiana, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after borough police observed him in the 500 block of Nixon Avenue at 8:49 p.m. Nov. 7, according to police.

Theft

An unidentified person reportedly stole several electronics from a residence in the 700 block of Philadelphia Street sometime between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Nov. 9, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police at 724-349-2121.

Criminal Mischief

An unidentified person reportedly set fire to a bag of feces on the front porch of a residence in the 500 block of South Fifth Street during the evening of Nov. 9, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police.

Disorderly Conduct

Khaneshia Gredic, 19, of Philadelphia; Breyana Convington, 19, of Philadelphia; and Massiel Tolentino, 18, of Ridgefield Park, N.J., were all cited for disorderly conduct after they fought inside of Sheetz, 768 Wayne Ave., at 2:40 a.m. Nov. 8, according to police.

Alcohol Violations

Stephen Wheeler, 25, of Plainfield, Ill., was charged with public drunkenness, defiant trespass, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after he repeatedly attempted to enter Wolfendale’s Bar, 560 Philadelphia St., at 12:50 a.m. Nov. 12, according to Indiana Borough Police.

Brennan Gundrum, 19, of Montoursville, was cited for underage drinking and public drunkenness after a pedestrian observed him in the 600 block of Philadelphia Street at 2:55 a.m. Nov. 14 and subsequently reported him to borough police, according to police.

Nicholas Garman, 20, of Middletown, was cited for underage drinking and public drunkenness after police observed him in the 200 block of South Seventh Street at 2:13 a.m. Nov. 15, according to police.

Nicholle Ventura, 18, of Hollidaysburg, was cited with underage drinking public drunkenness and retail theft after police responded to a report from Sheetz, 768 Wayne Ave., at 3:10 a.m. Nov. 15, according to police.

Mackenzie Robinson, 19, of Cranberry Township, was cited for underage drinking after IUP Police observed her on Grant Street near the IUP Parking Garage at 2:32 a.m. Nov. 14, according to police.

Kayla Corona, 22, of Burgettstown, was cited for underage drinking and public drunkenness after university police observed her outside of Wallwork Hall at 2:59 a.m. Nov. 13, according to police.

Tyler MacIntyre, 20, Kaitlyn Nedley, 18, and Kelly Morgan, 19, all of Pittsburgh, were charged with underage drinking after university police observed them outside of Northern Suites at 1:01 a.m. Nov. 13, according to police. Nedley and MacIntyre were also charged with public drunkenness.

Megan James, 20, of Ebensburg, was cited underage drinking and pubic drunkenness after university police responded to a report of a passed-out female in the lobby of Suites on Maple East at 6:37 a.m. Nov. 14, according to police.

Kathleen Martyn, 18, of Glen Burnie, Md., was cited with underage drinking and retail theft after borough police responded to a report from Sheetz, 768 Wayne Ave., at 1:52 a.m. Nov. 19, according to police.

Melissa Briden, 19, of Pittsburgh, was charged with underage drinking, public drunkenness, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after borough police responded to a 911 call in the 200 block of South Seventh Street at 5:51 a.m. Nov. 19, according to police.

Amanda Cutaiar, 18, of Glenside, was cited with underage drinking and disorderly conduct after police observed her in the 500 block of Church Street at 11:53 p.m. Nov. 13, according to police.

Desiree Cilladi, 19, of Fairview, was cited with underage drinking after police observed her in the 100 block of South Seventh Street at 5:51 a.m. Nov. 19, according to police.

Jacob Shannon, 24, of Homer City, was cited for public drunkenness after police observed him in the 700 block of South Street at 12:46 a.m. Nov. 26, according to police. In a separate incident, Shannon was cited for disorderly conduct after he punched two people in Boomerang’s, 547 Philadelphia St., at 12:02 a.m. Nov. 26.

Theft

Various items were reportedly stolen from a residence in the 300 block Anderson Avenue sometime between 9 p.m. Nov. 29 and 10 a.m. Nov. 30, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police at 724-349-2121.

A 40-inch Sony TV was reportedly stolen from a residence in the 700 block of Locust Street something between noon Nov. 20 and 8:30 p.m. Nov. 28, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police.

$50 in cash and an i-Pad mini with a rubber case were reportedly stolen from a residence in 00 block of South Third Street sometime between 3 p.m. Nov. 28 and 2 p.m. Nov. 29, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police.

A TV was reportedly stolen from a  residence in the 700 block of South Street sometime between 4 p.m. Nov. 27 and 11:47 p.m. Nov. 29, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police.

Items were reportedly stolen from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Chestnut Street sometime between 5 p.m. Nov. 29 and 5:24 a.m. Dec. 1, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police.

A 13-inch silver Apple Mac Air laptop was reportedly stolen from Stapleton Library at approximately 7:30 p.m. Nov. 29, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call university police 724-357-2141.

A dark blue Swiss Gear backpack containing a Calculus 2 book and a wallet holding a PNC debit card, Pennsylvania driver’s license, social security card and a set of keys was reportedly stolen from the Fisher Hall docking area sometime between 10:30 p.m. Nov. 29 and 1 a.m. Nov.  30, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to university police.

Lacy Goss, 33, of Commodore, was charged with retail theft, possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance after borough police responded to a report at Sheetz, 768 Wayne Ave., 1:37 a.m. Dec. 2, according to police. Police discovered Goss possessed approximately 40 stamped bags of heroin and other associated paraphernalia, police said.

Borough police responded to a residence in the 700 block of Shyrock Avenue at 2:03 p.m. Nov. 27 for a report of a burglary in process, police said. Upon arrival, officers, in conjunction with university police and Pennsylvania State Police, apprehended Haley McMasters, 22, and Tony Smith, 21, both of Indiana, and charged them with burglary, criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit trespass, according to police.

Frances Morgan, 73, of Home, was charged with retail theft after she stole eight magazines from a business in the 700 block of Philadelphia Street at 12:16 p.m. Nov. 20, according to police.

A black and white, flower-printed Vera Bradley wallet which contained a Pennsylvania driver’s license and a social security card was reportedly stolen from her purse at Burger Studio in the Crimson Cafe at approximately 6 p.m. Nov. 18, according to police. Alcohol Violations

John Potucek, 25, of Pittsburgh, was charged with public drunkenness, loitering and prowling at night and criminal trespass after Indiana Borough Police responded to a report of a male inside a residence in the 400 block of South Fifth Street at 1:55 a.m. Jan. 1, according to police.

Borough police observed Charles Rudisill, 20, of Bridgeville, and Joshua Duplin, 22, of Johnstown, fighting in the 00 block of South Seventh Street at 2:19 a.m. Jan. 1, police said. Rudisill was cited for underage drinking, public drunkenness, carrying false identification and disorderly conduct, and Duplin was cited with disorderly conduct, according to police.

Kayla Kehler, 20, of Lebanon, and Shayla Turcheck, 20, of Blairsville, were cited with underage drinking and carrying false identification after police responded to a report at Twisted Jimmy’s, 29 N Seventh St., at 12:52 a.m. Jan. 1, police said.

Benjamin Balish, 22, of Gibsonia, was cited with public drunkenness after borough police responded to a report of a highly intoxicated male at Sheetz, 768 Wayne Ave., at 6:07 a.m. Jan. 1, according to police.

Evan Toman, 21, of Indiana, was cited for public drunkenness after IUP Police observed her near Duquesne Beer, 1215 Maple St., at 2:20 a.m. Dec. 27, according to police.

University police observed Myles Schmidt, 20, of Moon Township, and Abigail Lucas, 20, of Pittsburgh, on Elkin Drive at 1:13 a.m. Jan. 1, according to police. Both were charged with public drunkenness and underage drinking, while Schmidt was also charged with disorderly conduct, false reports to law enforcement, carrying false identification, criminal mischief and institutional vandalism, police said.

Richard Walsh, 50, of Indiana, was cited with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after borough police observed him in the 500 block of Philadelphia Street at 12:19 a.m. Jan. 15, according to police.

Drug Violations

Nicholas Boyer, 22, of Indiana, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after borough police observed him in the 300 block of South Third Street at 4:11 p.m. Jan. 2, according to police.

Borough police observed Tyler Batten, 19, of Indiana, and a female juvenile in the 00 block of South Couter Avenue at 4:18 p.m. Jan. 1, according to police. Batten was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and the female was cited with underage drinking, police said.

Kenneth Boarts, 21, of Kittanning, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after borough police stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of Philadelphia Street at 9:31 p.m. Jan. 3, according to police.

Jordan Hankey, 24, of Shelocta, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after borough police stopped him for a traffic violation in the 100 block of North Ninth Street at 11:20 p.m. Jan. 16, according to police.

Sara Painter, 29, and Jeffrey Boring, 36, of Johnstown, were stopped for traffic violations by borough police in the 600 block of Philadelphia Street at 6:38 p.m. Jan. 13, according to police. After discovering more than three bricks of heroin, Painter and Boring were both charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Theft

A bottle of perfume, a backpack and personal documents were reportedly stolen from inside an apartment located in the 1000 block of Wayne Avenue between Dec. 11 and Jan. 16, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police at 724-349-2121.

A leather wallet containing a driver’s license, $90, credit cards and a debit card was reportedly stolen in the Zink Hall men’s locker room between 11:50 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Jan. 11, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact university police at 724-357-2141.

Disorderly Conduct

Jeremy Ruiz, 29, of Johnstown, was cited for disorderly conduct after he initiated a fight in the 500 block of Philadelphia Street at 12:03 a.m. Jan. 10, according to police.

Alec Parfitt, 23, of Hellwood, was charged with disorderly conduct, defiant trespass and public drunkenness after he repeatedly refused to leave Culpepper’s, 653 Philadelphia St., at 12:01 a.m. Jan. 9, according to police.

Quallan Barkley, 30, of Indiana; Clifford Hardison, 27, of Indiana; and Muliyn Lawton, 26, of Johnstown, caused a disturbance in Wolfie’s, 560 Philadelphia St., at 1:47 a.m. Dec. 30, according to police. Hardison and Lawton were both charged with disorderly conduct, trespass and resisting arrest, while Barkley was charged with just trespass, police said.

Kassandra Poliziani, 21, of Export, was cited with public drunkenness after Indiana Borough Police observed her in the 200 block of South Seventh Street at 1:31 a.m. Jan. 17, according to police.

Bradley Hufnagel, 22, of Finleyville, was cited with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after borough police observed him the 500 block of Philadelphia Street at 1:05 a.m. Jan. 17, according to police.

Skylar Stewart, 19, of Bethel Park, was cited with underage drinking, public drunkenness, public urination and carrying false identification after borough police observed him in the 700 block of Wayne Avenue at 11:42 p.m. Jan. 20, according to police.

Shaelyn Beachem, 18, of Ellwood City, was cited with underage drinking after police responded to a report from a residence in the 200 block of Rice Avenue at 1:59 a.m. Jan. 22, according to police.

Drug Violations

Borough police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at Sheetz, 380 Philadelphia St., at 12:27 a.m. Jan. 21, according to police. After conducting an investigation, Frank Manzano, 20, of Milton, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, while Ryan Gold, 20, of Danville,was cited with underage drinking, police said.

Disorderly Conduct

Jordan Beatty, 29, of Indiana, was cited with disorderly conduct after borough police responded to Sheetz, 380 Philadelphia St., at 1:59 a.m. Jan. 17, according to police.

Theft

Money was reportedly stolen from a residence located in the 800 block of Wayne Avenue sometime between 9 p.m. Jan. 21 and 1 p.m. Jan. 22, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact borough police at 724-349-2121.

Criminal Mischief

A Jeep parked at a residence in the 200 block of Oak Street reportedly had its two rear tires slashed sometime between 12:30 and 8:30 a.m. Jan. 16, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police.

A gray Ford Focus parked in the 800 block of Church Street reportedly had its rear window destroyed by someone who threw bricks and mortar through it sometime between 4 p.m. Jan. 22 and 1:30 p.m. Jan. 23, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police.

Alcohol Violations

Rodolfo Costa Cezar Da Silva, 22, Goiânia, Brazil, was cited with public drunkenness after IUP Police observed him outside of Wallwork Hall at 1:58 a.m. Jan. 27, according to police.

Dakota Cochran, 19, of Knox, and Nicholas Lucchi, 19, of Wexford, were found by IUP Police after they conducted an investigation in Suites on Pratt at 5 p.m. Jan. 24, according to police. Cochran was cited with underage drinking and Lucchi was cited with underage drinking, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, police said.

Criminal Mischief

A Honda Civic parked in Keith Lot reportedly sustained damage to the driver’s side mirror sometime between Jan. 30-31, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact IUP Police at 724-357–2141.

A vehicle reportedly received damage while parked in the 1100 block of Oakland Avenue sometime between 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Jan. 29, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact Indiana Borough Police at 724-349-2121.

Alcohol Violations

Ellen Shaffer, 19; Gina Gardocky, 18; and Annlyn Vaneman, 19, all of New Castle, were cited with carrying false identification after they attempted to get into Culpepper’s bar, 653 Philadelphia St., at 9:52 p.m. Jan. 30, according to police.

Zachary Richey, 20, of Wexford, was cited with carrying false identification after he attempted to get into Twisted Jimmy’s, 29 N Seventh St., at 12:52 a.m. Jan. 31, according to police.

Mark Restelli, 18, of Cranberry Township; Rebecca Kubiczki, 18, of Bethel Park; and Jamie Grest, 18, of Bethel Park were cited with underage drinking after IUP Police observed them on West Avenue at 1:38 a.m. Jan. 31, according to police. Kubiczki was also cited with carrying an open container of alcohol.

Kailee Greb, 18, of Clairton, and Nickolas Burkett, 18, of Pittsburgh, were cited for underage drinking after IUP Police observed them in the 900 block of Maple Street at 11:07 p.m. Jan. 30, according to police.

Dominic Licwinko, 19, of Norristown, was cited with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after IUP Police conducted an investigation on the second floor of Delaney Hall at 2:04 a.m. Jan. 30, according to police.

Dillon Schall, 23, of Snow Shoe, was cited with public drunkenness after he attempted to hitch a ride from a borough police officer in the 600 block of Philadelphia Street at 2:57 a.m. Jan. 30, according to police.

Homer Woody, 20, of Homer City, was cited with underage drinking after he came to the Indiana Borough Police Department, 80 N Eighth St, to claim custody of another person at 5:14 a.m. Jan. 31, according to police.

Drug Violations

Dalton Ritts, 21, of Burgettstown, was cited with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after IUP Police made a traffic stop for faulty equipment on South 11th Street  at 12:10 a.m. Feb. 2, according to police.

Disorderly Conduct

Abdulrahman Alanazi, 28, and Wafi Alotaibi, 31, both of Indiana, were cited with disorderly conduct after IUP Police responded to a fight at the intersection of Pratt Drive and Wayne Avenue at 11:06 a.m. Jan. 29, according to police.

Ryan Loutsenhizer, 24, of North Huntingdon, was cited with public drunkenness after IUP Police observed him laying underneath a vehicle in the 800 block of School Street at 1:25 a.m. Feb. 4, according to police.

Natalie Fiorenza, 20, of York, was cited for carrying false identification after she attempted to purchase alcohol at Steel City Samiches, 15 N. Seventh St., at 8:28 p.m. Feb. 3, according to police.

Drug Violations

Marc Benton, 19, of Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana after IUP Police conducted an investigation in Wallwork Hall at 4:40 p.m. Feb. 1, according to police.

Neko Benson, 21, of Pittsburgh, was charged with DUI, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after borough police pulled him over in the 700 block of Philadelphia Street at 1:41 a.m. Feb. 4, according to police.

Vehicular Incidents

A motor vehicle hit and run occurred in the 1100 block of School Street sometime between Feb. 4 and Feb. 6, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact borough police at 724-349-2121.

A red Mercury Milan reportedly sustained damage to the driver’s side mirror while it was parked in a private lot in the 800 block of Wayne Avenue sometime between 10 p.m. Feb. 4 and 5:30 a.m. Feb. 5, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact borough police.

Theft

Marquice Mann, 21, of Indiana, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property after an investigation found him guilty of a March 16 theft of electronic equipment – valued at $460 – that occurred in Cogswell Hall, according to IUP Police.
